ADDALIA Technology, S.L has been incorporated into, as a Member with full rights, the CTN 71/SC 307 “Blockchain and distributed electronic registry technologies” Subcommittee, a UNE secretariat, constituted with the aim of “Standardising distributed electronic registry technologies and, specifically, blockchain technology in order to support the interoperability and exchange of data among users, applications and systems.”
The activities of the Spanish Standards Association (UNE), in the field of Standardisation, is carried out through the Technical Committees (CTN), Subcommittees (SC), Work groups (GT) and Specific Groups of a temporary Nature (GET).
On their part, the standardisation activities carried out by European and international organisms are governed by some directives that are clearly established in the CEN and CENELEC Internal Regulations, and the ISO and IEC Directives.
In the fields of activity in which the complexity of the task to be carried out by a CTN so advises, it will be able to set up Subcommittees (SC) in charge of the permanent study of one or various specific parts of its work programme, which has occurred in this case, having set up Subcommittee 307 for the Standardisation of Blockchain.
Within the Subcommittees we find the Committees/Members, among which is ADDALIA, in this case they are entities with operational headquarters in Spain and their role is to actively participate in the programmed tasks, always respecting what is established in the UNE Code of Conduct.
